Hi! I’ve been in childcare for a little over two years now, I have training and certifications in child abuse and neglect, head trauma, first aid, CPR, and more! I’m passionate about teaching as well as learning from the children and discovering these big personalities in little people! These young years are the mold and the blueprint to these children as to why they need to be the moist comfortable. I’m not a fan or in use of disciplinary practices, I prefer redirection and giving the child options, this allows them to feel their own self identity. I’ve been taking care of children for a large portion of my life and I love to see the growth in them! I hope you take the time to read and consider my application. Thank you!
