I’d love the opportunity to become your sitter! I’m great with children. I enjoy playing alongside them. I have experience working as DSP and para educator for the past 8 years. I’m licensed through KVC to be a foster parent. I’m excellent in managing challenging behaviors. Attended many training courses like CPI and CPR and first aid certified. I have lots of energy, to keep up with those little guys. I bring positivity wherever I go. Your children's safety is my number one concern. I’m not perfect nor do I pretend to be. I do make mistakes and sometimes excuses, but I’m only human. Willing to accept responsibility to all mistakes I’ve made and learn from them. I don’t believe in raising my voice and telling a child no. Instead letting them know what it is that I do not like example standing on a chair. “Sarah that makes me Read more nervous you standing on that chair. You are not being safe and that makes me sad.” Let’s sit the right way or play on the floor?” Hopefully that gives you ideal of my redirecting approach. I follow directions, ask questions, can follow a recipe. Heard I'm a pretty good cook, and basic home chores are no problem. Can provide references upon request and any other information needed. God bless! My number is (785) 220-4517
