Hi there! I’m Cassie, and I’m an undergraduate student at KU (double majoring in Classical Antiquity and Psychology). Throughout high school I was a babysitter. In Spring and Fall semesters in 2019, I was a paid part-time caregiver at Edna A. Hill Child Development Center on KU campus. Most recently, I was employed at Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence at their Quail Run site as a group leader for the 1st grade class (November 2021 - May 2022). My #1 goal as a child care provider is to keep the kids safe while providing a fun and educational environment which promotes intrinsic motivation. I focus heavily on emotional intelligence.
