I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and making their day a little brighter. Whether it's playing games, reading stories, or just having fun conversations, I love seeing their creativity and energy come to life. It’s rewarding to be someone they can rely on, whether they need a helping hand with homework or just a fun companion for the day. I have a lot of experience caring for kids, both in my own family and beyond. As a senior at Signature School, I’ve grown up taking care of my four younger siblings, including two little ones I look after regularly. I also work as a tutor, so I’m great at helping with homework and making learning fun. On top of that, I started a reading program called READ to help young students develop a love for books, so I’ve spent plenty of time working Read more with kids of all ages. Because of my experience, I’m really comfortable with kids and know how to keep them engaged, whether that’s through creative activities or helping with schoolwork. I’m patient, responsible, and know how to handle everything from bedtime routines to tricky situations with a calm and caring approach. Most importantly, I always try to make sure kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and play.
