Hi my name is Luzelena I’m 23 and I’m writing to apply for the babysitter position with your family. I have 10+ years working with children. I have experience from school and the jobs I’ve had. I have been working in the educational field since 2019, I’ve been working with kids from 3 to 14 year olds. I went to college for 2 1/2 years but didn’t finish, I was majoring in the educational field. I love working with kids! I have babysat the family kids for years. I am also the oldest of 6 and it has been an experience and I love it, just having to take care of them has been challenging which makes it very fun and exciting and keeps me going. My most recent experience is with my siblings I help them get ready for school I drive them to school and pick them up, Read more when my brother didn’t go to school due to sickness would stay with him, do activities and I would cook for him. My parents always tell me how they appreciate all the help they get from me. Once when I was taking care of my little cousins for almost a year. I would help them with their homework and things they didn’t understand in school and they actually got better grades in school. I am bilingual in Spanish I could also show them Spanish, go on walks, go to the play ground. I also know how to cook. I could show them a different culture. I am also catholic so I could show them about church take them with me of course if you would want me to. As of now I don’t have a job so I do have a very flexible schedule I can go in as early as you would like and stay as late as needed. I could spend the night when you guys feel more comfortable, I can babysit when you have date night or have plans for yourselves.
