Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a recent college graduate. I majored in social work and minored in biology. I am very energetic and upbeat. I love to play games, be outside, read books, and doing arts and crafts. My number one goal is that the kids have so much fun but stay safe. I currently babysitting for a family with a 4 year old boy and 7 year old girl when they have a special occasion or just want a night out. I have also babysat a 2 year old boy and 4 year old boy at least once a week and when they wanted a night out. I have other babysitting experience for children ages 0-13. I was a camp counselor at a YMCA camp in the summer of 2015-2018. The camp is a residential camp. I am responsible for children anywhere between 7-12 years old. Read more At this camp, I lead different activities and games for all different age groups. I was a swim and other water activities instructor and lifeguard. I am responsible for the safety of the campers while ensuring their fun. I was a lifeguard at a neighborhood pool for two summers. I taught swim lessons and lifeguarded at the YMCA by my house. Summer of 2019 I taught swim lessons primarily to children ages 3-13 at Bear Paddle Swim School. I am CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certified. I also have other certifications from being a camp counselor such as blood borne pathogens and DCFS mandated reporter. I would love to have you consider me!
