Hi! My name is Elizabeth Snipes. I have grown up with a passion for taking care of others, and as you can see below, my previous work experience reflects that! I have worked with children my entire life through being an older sibling and a babysitter. I began nannying for a private family at the age of 13. Needless to say I fell in love with the children and watching them grow! Over the last 10 years I have had the privilege of working with kids of almost all ages, but found that my heart belonged to the babies! This played a large part in my decision to leave my career as a hearing specialist to begin my family and career as a Nanny. I have a 1 year old daughter, named Ivory who I spend my days caring for, and loving endlessly. I am now searching for a family Read more with one or two children to Nanny for, so that I am able to have someone for her to interact with as well as continue my career in this field! I would love to care for another baby in the way I care for her, and allow them to engage in all the activities we do together. A day in our life consists of: Brain stimulating activities, such as sensory mats, toys, & cards Reading books Tummy time- to encourage strength development Daily walks Listening to music (usually classical) Daily affirmations Plenty of positive interactions All the things inbetween, such as feedings, snuggles, naps, and diaper changes! I have the heart of a mother, and find so much joy in watching children grow and succeed. This is why I would love the opportunity to witness your child growing physically, mentally and emotionally first hand! I have always said that leaving my child with someone is leaving them with more than my life, because she truly means more to me than life itself. I know this is how all mothers feel, so I can assure you, your little one would be more than taken care of with me, they would be loved in the same way my Ivory is!
