She was very good to talk with on the phone and we met in person to further our discussion. That meeting also went very well. I would have rated her 5* at that point. From there it went downhill - she stopped replying to messages and texts and failed to comply with our request for a background check after saying yes initially. She might have gotten a better position elsewhere, but at the minimum, I would have expected her to say that she accepted something else or she does not want our job any longer (and not ghost us).
