Hello! I see that your a very busy family, and I would love to take part in helping with that! My name is Megan, I am 18 years old and I am a college student at Moody Bible Institute. I have over 5 years of experience in working with children. I love helping in anything I can, to ensure that everyone is genuinely being cared for and that you are able to have a less stressful transition back into chicago! I have a wide variety of experience, meaning that I have dealt with the good, the bad, the ugly, the chaotic, and the fun times too! Here's a bit of my history: I have experience working with a specific orphanage in Haiti, that I go to almost yearly to lead and teach preschool classes for the youngest kids. I create curriculum and teach it. I also helped the Haitian nannies Read more with infant care. I helped feed, clothe, bathe, and overall self care for the babies. I also have experience in working with special needs within the orphanage I helped teach at. I helped with motor skills, as well as helped cared for children with physical needs. I also worked at day camps for three years, with a wide variety of ages. I have worked with children at the camps from 6 years old, all the way up to 13 years old. I helped teach lessons, coordinate and participate in fun activities, and keep a structured schedule. One camp was in the suburbs, while the other one was in the roughest side of the inner-city. I also helped with watching my 3 month old niece and making sure she is as happy as can be! I also helped with after school care for my brother who is adopted from Haiti. I helped tutor science and reading with him, help make meals, and get him ready to go his activities for when someone came home to pick him up to take him. My availability is...
