Hi my name is Erica and I have been in early childhood education for about 15 years now. I started very early on babysitting/nannying then made my way to the public schools as an assistant for the bilingual and special education team. I recently spent over a year in a Montessori school, I feel confident in the Montessori philosophy and am willing to do with families who want this for their child.
