I've worked in both a Montessori child care facility(4/5years) as well as a Regular day care(1 year) and currently work as a full time nanny to three awesome, spunky and very imaginative little girls (ages 6, 5, 3). Meagan nannied for my twin girls from ages 8 months - 4.5 years. She had many responsibilities both as a nanny and helping us run our household. She demonstrated great judgment and knew how to structure the day with age-appropriate skills (potty training, behaviors, etc.) and activities. My kids adore her and remain in contact.
