Hi! I’m Tia. Currently, I am a student at a local University, studying Kinesiology as well as have background in EMT, where I earned my lisence with a private ambulance company. I am 22 years old and always looking for new opportunities while balancing in my studies/work. I hold a current position as an Athletic Trainer Aide for Lewis University’s Sports Medicine Department (part-time). A little bit about my background in babysitting & nannying: I have been babysitting for around 6 years and nannying for 2 years. My first job (when I was 15/16) was working at my Aunt’s home daycare where I was responsible for looking after, feeding, entertaining, interaction and educating various ages of children (infants up to 9 years of age). I have also been a steady nanny in the past for school aged boys during the year as well as two twin boys, working with them Read more during daytime hours for long days (from when they were 1 - 3 years old). That said, I love working with kids! It is very comfortable for me to interact, care for, educate and play with them as if they were family. I am a huge advocate for providing children with an enriching experience, both mentally and physically, since they are constantly absorbing information from their enviorment.
