Hello families, My current position of watching twin girls is ending soon due to them going to preschool. I am seeking full-time hours between one or more families. I am also willing to do a nanny share. I am a nurturing, patient, and proactive newborn care specialist, nanny, and sleep consultant that has worked in the childcare field for 26 years. Most of my experience is with infants (including multiples) and toddlers. I love educating and empowering parents while working as a team with them. I enjoy helping to stimulate the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth in children using praise and motivation. I have frequently taught children "baby sign language" to aid in their ability to communicate with us. I prefer the gentle parenting approach to childcare. This approach prioritizes empathy, connection, validating childrens' feelings, positive guidance, and creating clear boundaries. I enjoy taking children to outings; including, the Read more park, library, zoos, etc. I have many employer references that I am willing to share with you upon meeting.

Amy K. is one of the best caring, hardworking babysitter/nanny anyone could ask for. She is really nice with the kids. She plays, works with and take care of the kids beautifully. Amy even does housework around the house, so she is also a great mother's helper. She can handle multiple children at once. We were sad when we could not have her more often due to her other babysitting/nanny duties. She has outstanding manners/behaviors and communicates really well. She keeps the kids fed and clothed well and also keep them happy and engaged. So I very highly recommend her to anyone!! -The W's

Amy was a fabulous nanny...I was so sad when she had to move! She was fabulous with my children, especially with my youngest having special needs and a very strict diet. She was always on time, had superior communication with me as the parent, able to keep my rather manipulative 4 year old intact with manners and good behavior, all the while keeping a clean house and helping with laundry and other housefuld chores when she had time. She is a gem and you would be lucky to have her as your own!!
