Monica was a blessing to my family! She was very welcoming and supportive in every aspect. Not only was she very attentive to my children, she poured so much love and tailored knowledge to my children as well. If you’re looking for someone with these qualities Monica will be an awesome sitter to your family. :)

Monica cared really well for my son. She is a teacher and mother which was the major reason why I hired her. She was rarely late and only called off once. For the most part, she succeeded in doing basic care and getting the child ready for bed, etc. Unfortunately, due to my late work nights, we weren't quite a fit. A disagreement came about when I asked for her social security number for tax purposes. I do realize now I should have asked for it initially. I did not think it would have been an issue as any legal employer would ask for such details. Proper W-2 Forms and paper work should be inquired for but if that is not of great importance, then she is a strong candidate.
