I am passionate about working with children and keeping the spirit of homemaking alive. Living with multiple invisible disabilities and being neurodivergent has fostered a deep sense of empathy within me, both for kids and pets. I love to play and engage with children, while also ensuring that proper rules are applied and maintained. I believe that structure is essential for building a healthy self-esteem in children. My experience includes working with the NCJC afterschool program in Iowa City, where I had the pleasure of supporting children aged 5-12. I truly loved this job and often wish I could return! Although I have since relocated and pursued other endeavors, my passion for working with children remains unwavering.
