I am a very flexible person; I work around the schedule that is needed. I have been working with kids the past 9/10 years, I have been a nanny and a babysitter before. The first job I ever did was when I started at the age of 12, I babysat for a family that was down the road for me, and it was three kids, a baby who was just brought home from the hospital, and a 3 year old and a 6 year old, one boy and two girls, that little baby they brought home has become my best friend, I would watch them all the time and watching them grow up was my favorite thing ever, I was able to see how their Character formed and who they became as they got older, they are all different in any way possible and I love to see it, I Read more also worked at a daycare for about a summer and then I decided to go off to school, and I worked with 1-4 year olds in different rooms but stayed with the younger ones most of the time, I would read to them, take them outside to play, hand out snacks, we would have playtime, we would do crafts, because kids love to do whatever they can with markers, but we did it on paper, we had nap time and I would pat their back softly or rub their back if they struggled to go to sleep. I also worked at a school, I worked this after school program at a Christian School and ended up being in the preschool room so that was super fun, we would go outside, in the rain, snow, sunshine, any weather unless it was bad weather, we read books, and colored, and had a bunch of playtime and snacks. And then I moved on to being a nanny for four kids from the ages of 6-13, I would help them with their chores, or homework, and then I worked around their house by cleaning, doing laundry, doing the dishes, etc. I would also drive the kids wherever they are needing to go. I am CPR certified and First aid training. I am a family person and love getting to know the families that I am working for. Kids bring joy to my life and fill my life with excitement. I love kids and I think it is important to build a relationship with the kids, always laugh at their jokes when they make one even one, I don't fully understand, care for them and always be willing to play with them. I am a pet person so if a family has pets that is totally okay with me.
