I am a recent college greaduate with a Bachelors degree in Social Work. I have been babysitting for 10 years and have watched children aged newborn to 13 years old. I have worked with a variety of special needs and don't mind taking care of children who are under the weather. I have my own means of reliable transportation and love pets of all kinds. I am also a non-smoker.

Interviewed well but seemed unable to actually provide the reference for the main family she worked for. Other two references were good. Made her an offer that reflected what she had requested. She strung us along for days then simply ghosted us in the end after we had let other candidates go while she strung us along. It was ultimately very rude and inconsiderate behaviour and left me and the babies with no help. I would say a hard pass on this candidate for anyone who is relying on reasonable and timely interaction with a prospective candidate who woulnt nuclear bomb their hiring schedule or just disappear.
