Hello! My name is Karlyn, and I am a college educated, trauma informed, and conscious/respectful/gentle infant to grade school caregiver. I have extensive experience working with kids from all walks of life, specializing in teaching social-emotional skills through play. What sets me apart from the rest is my warmth, willingness to get super weird and silly with kids for fun and laughs, my ability to hold boundaries with compassion, and rapidly building trust with little ones. I believe in importance and power of play for the healthy growth and development of a child and delight in making childhood play dreams come true! A few of my passions are outdoor adventures + trips to the park, making healthy snacks with kids, crafts, art and dance for self-expression, and sharing mindfulness + yoga with children.
