I am 19 years old. I babysat at my church most Sundays since I was 13. I also babysat for families and neighbors who had children of all ages. I am most familiar with infants, toddlers, and kindergarteners but have experience with older children too. I am CPR certified and have experience with medical emergencies with children. I can administer Epi pens and other medications quickly and reliably. I have experience with food sensitivities and allergies, and can prepare meals safely for children with those conditions. I love working with kids and getting to be a part of their general curiosity of the world. If given permission, I like to bring stickers and fun activities for the children to do while I’m there to minimize children’s screen use. I don’t believe in spanking children or negative reinforcement. If you want to check me out, feel free to look up my Read more Instagram @lockw.ood86 I prefer to meet up with one or both of the parents individually before meeting the kids. It helps me get an understanding of what the kids expect and will respond best to, as well as how I can best help the parents.
