I’ve cared for children since I was in middle school because I love doing so. In particular, I love helping them grow. Some of my work with children includes the following. : - As a nanny for infants, I worked with them on their physical and mental development, engaged them, prepared food for them, fed them, diapered them, and helped them fall asleep. - In addition, once those infants became toddlers, I ensured they interacted with their peers, built their routines, and distracted them from their problematic actions. - As a nanny for preschoolers, I supported their physical, mental, and social development, encouraged their independence, for example, by offering them choices, played with them, redirected their actions when appropriate, and prepared lunch and sometimes a snack for them. - As a regular sitter for elementary and middle schoolers, I tutored them, interacted with or supervised them, and assisted them with Read more preparing snacks, as needed.
