I used to babysit my neighbor's children in highschool, ages 2 to 5. For the last 3 years, I have been a pediatric and NICU registered nurse. I have my bachelors in nursing, which I received on island at Hawaii Pacific University. I'm very used to caring for many children when they are sick all at once, because I started in a pediatric emergency room setting. I am very familiar with playing with, feeding and caring for children. I now work on an inpatient pediatric unit, where I have anywhere from 1 to 4 pediatric patients at once. I have my BLS and PALS certifications, I am also very timely, organized and professional when it comes to my profession. I love interacting with children and have always loved caring for them, which is why I decided to become a pediatric nurse in the first place.
