Hello, my name is Melisa. I am a 24 year old college student studying Digital Marketing. I am looking for a consistent job to help pay for my education and living expenses as I finish school! I am able to start right away. I have some work experience in Restaurants and Sales (resume attached), and significant real-life experience in working with children. I volunteered at an orphanage in Turkey to help take care of children from 6 – 15 years old. My responsibilities included helping them complete their homework, playing with them, and helping them explore any interests or passions they may have. I also have 1 younger brother and 2 younger sisters, the youngest is 14 years younger than me so I practically raised her from a baby while my mom at work. It is so much fun to make a baby giggle, a young child laugh, or an older child’s mind process the world in a unique way. I can get creative in finding activities the child would enjoy that challenge them, bring out their creativity, or wear them out just a little (if you ask me to) so they are a little calmer for your evening at home later 😉. In my spare time I like to dance salsa, keep up with fashion trends, explore new hobbies and consider future business ideas for when I finish school. I am bilingual (Turkish) and am thinking about learning Spanish soon. I do not currently have a car, but I will rent one if needed to fulfill the duties of this job.
