Hi, my name is Jazmine! I recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder and studied Sociology and Ethnic Studies. My academic background has allowed me to understand and respect the various experiences of all individuals and their walks of life. After graduating college, I went to work as an Assistant Kindergarten teacher! Eventually I would like to go back to school to pursue a masters in school counseling and someday work with children full-time in a school setting. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old (now 22) and my first “real” job was working as a summer youth intern! From 13 to 18 years old, I babysat many families in Germany, Colorado, Kauai, and here in New Jersey. As a senior in high school I was babysitting and also working at a daycare center as a daycare floater. I worked with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Read more When I began college in 2017, I took a break from babysitting to focus on my academic career. In Janauary of 2020, I began to occasionally babysit two sweet boys ages 3 and 5. Some activites we enjoyed doing together were reading LOTS of books, making pillow forts, playing outside, going for adventure walks, and baking homemade treats. I am more than happy to travel up to 20 miles and I do have base access. Additionally, I am COVID vaccinated.
