I am a 23 year old college student. I am studying Theatre and Education. My intention is to teach High Schoolers, but I have am familiar with working with children ages 3 and up. I have worked at a social camp for kids with neurological disorders for the last decade. It occurs every summer. I was promoted to Head Counselor 3 years ago. I work one on one with all of the campers and am also in charge of training the new counselors who are hired. This is a job I look forward to every year. I love seeing the transition each child makes during their time with myself and my coworkers. I have also worked in the public school system by assisting in instructing elementary students in a Drama Club. This is also another joy in my work life. I am able to work with many bright children this Read more way and love seeing them blossom as the semester goes by. We teach them improve games which assist in their theatrical skills. They love it! I do love animals. I grew up with cats and dogs so I am completely comfortable being around both or more. I also currently have a cat. I could talk about him all day. I really enjoy creative outlets, such as writing, reading, cooking, baking and of course anything to do with theatre. I am capable of coming up with games and activities to do with any age. I am also a relatively large geek, so I really enjoy Star Wars, Marvel, etc. I am a very outgoing, confident, and loving person.
