Hi, I'm Kira. I started babysitting my infant brother when I was 11 after I took my first babysitting class and received my first CPR and First Aid Certification. I continued to babysit for neighbors and family friends through college. I have experience in Montessori, tutoring, mentoring, teaching preschool, working one on one with special needs students, aftercare, supervising large groups of children, and most recently as a nanny. I have completed several training certifications in Love & Logic, health & safety, stop the bleed/trauma, and parent communications. A lot of my experience is in a bureaucratic education setting, which taught me a lot, but I prefer a more nurturing at home setting where children can be free to play and be creative.
