Hello I’m Alexa, I recently just moved here from Florida. Now I’m looking for a job to pay for school. I have been taking care of kids pretty much my WHOLE life. But I started getting paid for it in middle school working in the nursery at my church, every Wednesday and Sunday until I graduated High School and a few years after. So it’s like I went from being in the nursery to working in the nursery. After the church shut down in 2020 due to covid, and the world came back to “normal” I started working as a nanny with an agency so I hopped from family to family and it was SO COOL and fun. Currently I am a swim instructor teaching anywhere from 3 months to 14 year old kids how to swim. I love working with kids because honestly they are funny and keep a Read more smile on my face. They are literally the future and exact life copies of their parents. You can teach a child anything so why not prepare them for the world you brung them into? I believe what sets me apart is I can go all the way back to 2008 being 8 or 9 years old being left alone and trusted to watch an 8 month old for most of the day the whole summer! I’ve been working with kids since being a KID ! I love to do it and it never feels like work to me. Thank you for taking your time to read this. I really appreciate it.
