For as long as I can remember, I have always loved being around and interacting with children. I began babysitting neighborhood children at just 13 years old, and from that point on, I can hardly remember a time in my life when I did not have some sort of job/hobby that did not in some way involve children. Over the years I have babysat, taught swimming lessons, tutored children in reading, and raised (and still raising) my own children. I have volunteered in church programs, worked in nursery school settings, and held part time nanny positions. Homeschooling has also been a part of my life for many years.
