Being the second oldest of four girls and also foster sister to numerous siblings, I have been babysitting for most of my "adult" life. Since going back to school for my degree in occupational therapy this year, I've found babysitting as a complimenting job for my changing school schedule, as well as the schedule of the families I sit for. It has allowed me to be available for overnights, vacations, and pick-ups. Currently, I am sitting for a family with two children, an 8 month old and a 2 year old diagnosed with autism. However, I have worked with children of all ages, and families of varying backgrounds, integrating and understanding each families parenting style while bringing my own personality, experiences, and knowledge to the job!
