Hi everyone! My name is Daniela and my goal is to become a permanent nanny for one of you lovely families. Before asking for your consideration, I’d like you to know a few thing's about me and what brought me to work as a child caregiver. When I was younger, I found my self constantly volunteering to work with the children at my church. I volunteered a total of 5 years. Then, in high school, a technical school visited us and offered many programs for us to join in 12th grade but, only a few of us would be selected. I enrolled for the Early Childhood Education class and fortunately got accepted. That year I realized that working with children wasn’t something I found myself doing just because I was good at it but because I actually enjoyed it and was passionate about it. The teaching, the learning, the adventures. Read more Everything. I found it fun and that’s when I figured, what better job than a daycare? At 18, I became the youngest employee amongst my coworkers. I didn’t realize how much more I had to learn. In those few years I continued to grow not only with age but also with knowledge and experience. I met hundreds of amazing children at this job and I remember each of their names. I loved my job and my kids there but, in October 2021, I got lucky enough to have one of my own so, I left my daycare job. The reason why I don’t go back is because I’d like a different experience in the child care field. I’d love to work with just 1-4 kids and be dedicated to them. Nannying is definitely a more intimate job and requires even more trust. I understand that it’ll take time but I can asure you that you will not regret it. I am CPR certified, I have first aide training and fire safety training. (I’ve been trained with all three since 2017 and every year since) I am a reliable person and I easily adapt to changes. -I love arts and crafts and am a great story teller. - As much as I like being home, I’ll never say no to an adventure outdoors. -I can come up with fun activities and games so that your child is always entertained. -I’m comfortable with following routines. -I am fully vaccinated if that’s a requirement. -I have work experience with infant-5 yr olds but I’m most definitely comfortable with older kids as well. -I am willing to always be of help with whatever you may need around your home Most importantly, your children will be in good hands.
