I love working with children because I have been babysitting and helping with children since I was 12. I’ve been a camp counselor, a nanny, a preschool teacher and sitter as needed. I love being creative with them whether it is doing crafts, arts, exploring outdoors or homework. I have patience for days. I honestly love children of any age and am comfortable working with children of any age from infants to school age. I am happy to follow schedules, rules and of course family focused activities. I subscribe to a more gentle sitter style, meaning I try to understand individual children’s emotions and allow them to express those emotions behind their actions and allow them to come up with a solution about how we can do better moving forward but depending on family needs and requests will absolutely follow how you choose to reinforce positive behaviors or discourage behaviors Read more that are not positive. I am very energetic, optimistic, creative and empathetic so allowing kids to be themselves with healthy boundaries and being involved, aware or interacting with them in creative ways with them during my time sitting are top priorities. I would love to meet you and your children and be a little part of the village to help inspire, support and protect your children when you need sitter assistance. I am so happy to help and have fun with your child/children! I am flexible, have a passion for working with kids and a compassionate, positive attitude!!
