My career in childcare began as a teacher’s assistant, where I developed a deep understanding of early childhood education and the importance of nurturing young minds. From there, I advanced to the role of Assistant Daycare Director, where I honed my skills in managing daycare operations and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children. Taking my passion a step further, I successfully owned and operated my own in-home daycare. This experience allowed me to create a loving, educational, and personalized setting for the children in my care, fostering a home-away-from-home atmosphere that parents appreciated and children thrived in.
