Hello I’m Beatrice R, Dixon. I believe I would be a good fit for babysitting and or a nanny job position because I am a nurturing person. I may come off as shy at first, but once I get to know you, I am fun, responsible, understanding, nurturing, and flexible. In the past I have babysat my neighbors’ children and my nieces and nephews. I have five nieces and nephews of all different ages. Most people that know me would describe me as fun, playful, silly, outgoing, kind, interesting, funny, and caring. Recently I worked at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool. My position there was Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher. I loved the job. The reason why I decided to leave that job was because I got overwhelmed and it was affecting my mental health working with fifteen kids or more and infants all day. Part time was not an option, only Read more full time at that time. I know a lot about childhood development due to past experiences and I took a course in Psychology at a technical college in Oregon. My skills and hobbies are basic cooking, baking, laundry, photography, creativity, dancing, working out, shopping, hanging out with friends, hiking, and reading. I have done a lot of community service projects over the years such as helping babies with special needs get adopted, feeding the homeless, helping out at a women's shelter, volunteering at a pet shelter, a senior living center, doing random acts of kindness, and many more. I think I would be a great addition working in an intimate setting with families needing childcare support.
