I'm a passionate and dedicated individual, with an abundance of experience in the fields of public health and child care. At 35 years young, I've had the incredible opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of numerous children and families over the course of more than 20 years. Early Life and Education: From the very beginning, I've had a deep love for children and a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of families. After completing my bachelor's in theology, I followed my heart's calling and pursued a Masters Degree in Public Health. Through this journey, I've honed my skills and knowledge to address critical issues affecting communities and the well-being of children. My journey began with tenderly caring for newborns and infants, providing them with the support they need during their crucial early years. As time passed, I expanded my expertise to embrace all school-aged children, becoming a steadfast advocate for their physical and emotional development. Doula and Student Midwife: My commitment to promoting the welfare of families has grown beyond traditional child care roles. As a doula, I've been fortunate to be a source of guidance and emotional support for expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods. Moreover, my passion for maternal health and the miracle of childbearing led me to further my studies as a student midwife, with the aim of playing an even more integral role in bringing new life into the world. Certifications: To ensure that I provide the highest level of care, I've dedicated myself to continuous learning and development. As a result, I hold essential certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), empowering me to act swiftly and effectively in times of urgency. Mission and Impact: My unwavering compassion and expertise drive my mission – to create a positive impact on the lives of the children and families I encounter. I find fulfillment in nurturing, educating, and empowering those under my care, supporting them through life's pivotal moments and challenges. My aspiration is to expand my expertise in public health and maternal care by becoming a midwife.
