I began babysitting a baby sister of my friend. At the time I was also enrolled in the Principles of Teaching program. I noticed I really enjoy teaching and interacting with kids on a daily basis. Play is the best way for kids to learn and from my experience as a childcare provider and a teacher at daycares and schools, I’ve learned how to maximize the learning in the play kids do. As a condition of my services, I do ask that parents speak with children about body safety and consent, as I will be very concerned with it. I am a huge advocate for children’s rights. In the future, I’d love to become a psycho therapy counselor for children and adults of all ages.
