My name is Valerie (Val) Burda and I’m currently a student studying elementary education. During high school, I was in the Junior State of America and International Club (I speak 3 languages), National Honor Society, Lacrosse and Volleyball teams, and the school yearbook! Back home in Chicago I was always involved with kids whether it is babysitting my nephew or various families, doing swim lessons, coaching youth sports, or teaching at a Montessori school!
