I am a retired Marine Corps veteran. My husband and I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren soon 4. Since retiring I have cared for children of military families (free) when the children were sick allowing the parents to continue working. I also cared for children for extended periods of time when parents were sent away from their duty station (TAD). I volunteered as a guardian-ad-litem in North Carolina.
