Hello, I’m Rodrigo Isidro, a 23-year-old Mexican American. I embarked on my educational journey by graduating from high school in 2020. Simultaneously, I began my career as a part-time teacher while pursuing my college degree. In 2022, I proudly earned my Associate of Arts in Teaching Pathway. For the past three years, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds at the same childcare facility, primarily working with 3- to 5-year-olds. My passion for working with children dates back to my upbringing, where I took care of my siblings and cousins. Now, as a teacher, I find joy in witnessing children's growth and development, especially as they transition to elementary school. What distinguishes me is my gender; being a male teacher in a predominantly female field allows me to serve as a unique role model, particularly for young boys.
