I have always been the eldest in my family, in charge of caring for younger siblings and cousins. Caring for others came naturally to me. When I turned 22 I became a family support specialist to further my career in helping others. There I was in charge of transporting children to and from school, watched them while foster parents weren't available, and supervised court ordered visitations between children and their family members in hopes of reunification. Working at Child Network was a wonderful opportunity and truly helped me advance. Unfortunately, due to my college schedule, I was unable to continue my journey there but my goal is still to help others.
