My name is Amelia, but I tell kiddos to call me Milly since it's easier for them to say than my full name! I'm 23 as of this past October and I've been living in Pensacola since I was a kid on and off! My passion for childcare and early childhood education started when I was still pretty young too, which makes sense since I'm the oldest of two younger brothers (2 & 8 years younger) that were often my responsibility to care for because of my parents both serving in the military and being unable to take work off in my adolescent years! I completed 2 years of an early childhood & childhood education program while in high school (graduated 2016 from Booker T. Washington) and from that I earned 6hours out of 40hours required by DCFS (which I'm still completing) plus this past few months I've completed 10hours Read more of several childhood safety, sanitation, transportation and education, etc courses. I'm experienced mostly with toddlers (2 - 4) and elementary aged kids (6 - 11). At most, I have been the sole caretaker/teacher responsible for 10+ toddlers at once for up to 6-8 hours at a time. I am also comfortable and well-versed in caring for multiple kids ranging in ages as well as ranging in developmental abilities from 3 up to 10 at the same time for 2 - 4 hours at a time. I'm also okay with pets! Dogs, cats, turtles and most other animals are no problem at all to care for as well!
