Hi. I am a mother to 5 children who are all in school. I am super fortunate to have family close by for anything that would occur during my work hours with my children. I have a very diverse background as my experience includes years of nannying before starting my corporate career and having children of my own. I was a very successful businesswoman who managed to work a full time demanding career while juggling everything pertaining to running the household/finances and averaging a baby every 2 years LOL. My husband was in law enforcement at the time so for the majority of our marriage I was in essence a "single mom" due to his extreme shift work. After COVID i decided to take a break from my corporate career and fully enjoy my last baby without the pressure of returning to my demanding global job at J&J. I just Read more love children so much that I've decided to follow my passion and find a family that I can share my expertise with to help provide the best childcare experience. I have hired from nanny websites many times in the past to find childcare for my own children. It's a grueling process and unfortunately one that didn't always pan out even after a candidate had been selected. Often times I was left high and dry with "call outs" when I had to be at work to lead a very important meeting. I understand how important your jobs are and being 100% committed to this position. I understand how each baby is unique and no matter what you do at times it may not be enough for a baby with colic or a child with special needs. One of my greatest fears was having an inexperienced caregiver with my children and getting frustrated with my child because they couldn't calm them. It really is something only another mother truly understands as we have walked this path many times before. I was recently working as a nanny in NJ from a wonderful family. I started when their daughter was 3 months old and she is now 15 months!! My family recently relocated to Parrish this summer and that is why im looking for a new position. Aside from the daily care of baby I also ran their household. This entailed anything that I could find to help out with: cooking, cleaning, taking trash and recycling out, food shopping, reorganizing kitchen for better flow, assembling furniture/toys, party planning, custom written thank you cards, jumping a car LOL. You name it I did it lol.
