I am a patient and fun person.  I am a Christian woman and I desire to be a positive role model for the children that are in my care and help the parents in any way I can. I am married with 2 dogs. Hope to start our own family soon. I love being busy and doing activities with children such as crafts and trips to the park. I graduated college with a degree in Cross-cultural Studies and absolutely love learning about different cultures and languages. I am very involved with my church. I am the nursery director for Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. My degree has taken me overseas where I taught and worked with a children's home in the Philippines and taught ESL in China. Before then I worked for a family with 2 children. I was with them for 9.5 years. Only reason for leaving was the kids grew up and are now more self sufficient. The reason for seeking a new position now is so I can have a lighter commute. My current employers and the previous employers are more than willing to provide a letter of reference.
