I have contracted Racel as a W2 full-time nanny with 2 weeks of experience but she has never started due to personal challenges. Some issues I faced: 1 - She agreed to start on Dec 20th, however on the day before she asked me to bring her son. I didn't agree with it because my husband and I work from home and we need a quiet space. So, she told me she would have someone to take care of her kid and would come, but she didn't appear. When I texted her she said she could start on Jan 4th and asked me to give her another chance. 2 - I canceled all my work and spent 9 business days without income to wait for her to start on Jan 4th, however she didn't appear again. She texted me saying her kid's daycare was closed and asked me to start on the following day. 3 - When I said I didn't believe our partnership would work because I need someone that doesn't fail in the routine since I need to work, she send me an unpolite text saying she got a job in Sea World and that I should be more understandable. She didn't think about all the issues she caused me, as for example the fact that I had to stay at home with my kids instead of work for 10 business days because she didn't come, and I lost my income for these days and spent more money to replace her activities. I wish that she can be able to work, however, I don't recommend her for parents that need someone to take care of their kids if they have some important thing to do.
