Hi! My name is Hannah Casey and I absolutely love spending time with kids and ensuring their well-being. Growing up in Miami as the oldest child, I have been taking care of younger kids for my entire life. A few years ago, family friends and other parents in the community recognized my ability to connect with children and assume a responsible role in various situations. They hired me as a sitter or tutor for their children, and I became enamored with this work. I love children's creative, playful, and energetic sides and always enjoy engaging with their interesting questions and imaginations. Over the years, working as a sitter and tutor has taught me a lot about time management, responsibility, and especially patience. I’m passionate about fostering curiosity in children and watching them become fascinated by new subjects. I have two beautiful Saint Bernards that I absolutely adore, so I am very comfortable around pets and large animals. I am currently pursuing a double major in Economics and Clinical Psychology at Tufts University, with minors in Philosophy and Religion. My academic achievements include being on the Dean’s List multiple times and being involved in various extracurricular activities such as delivering lectures at Harvard Medical School and participating in the University Chaplaincy. I also worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Winchester Hospital, providing direct assistance to patients and supporting the clinical team. ] I’m committed to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children, allowing them to be their authentic selves. With my experience, I can confidently assist with a variety of responsibilities including preparing snacks/meals, light housekeeping, and helping with bedtime routines.
