Valentina was supposed to come back to work after having a week off because she was "sick". However, she never came back to work or call back or answered any messages. Really unprofessional and unreliable, she knew that I was supposed to start working that week and needed someone reliable to watch my kids, she literally disappeared without answering any messages or calls or showing up when she was expected.
