One of the greatest reasons I enjoy working with youth is being able to be part of the development from childhood into a young adult. It is a very rewarding process to see a child grow and mature and to know that you had some impact in their life. I have work in a school with children from the ages of three, all the way to 13 years old for over 10 years. These experiences have helped shape me into the woman I am today with what I believe to be a good combination of fun, compassion, and discipline. Having dealt with many different situations and the emotions that come with being around children,I feel very confident in my ability to work through almost every scenario.
