I maintain a safe play environment and observe/monitor children's play activities, communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues, support children's emotional and social development, encourage understanding of others and positive self-concepts, assist in food preparation, instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toileting, read to children and teach them simple painting, drawing, handcrafts, and songs, assist with homework assignments, school projects, and help to establish strong study habits. I accompany children to and from school, on outings, and to medical appointments. I am a huge animal lover! I also have my own car. My current availability: Monday through Fridays 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 5 pm- 10 pm. References are available Read more upon request!
