Hello my name is Alayah I am originally from New Haven, Connecticut, but I am now a student at FSW currently studying sports management and computer science my goal is to become a sports agent in the NBA or WNBA. I am extremely family oriented and I love working with children! Working with children is incredibly rewarding for me. I love witnessing their growth and development, from learning new words to mastering new skills. Being a part of their journey as they explore the world around them fills me with joy. There's something magical about seeing the world through a child’s eyes and helping them navigate their early years. I have extensive experience with children, particularly with my two nieces, aged four and seven, who are the center of my world. I’ve been babysitting them at least three times a week for years, giving me deep insight into the different Read more developmental stages and the varying needs of young children. This hands-on experience has equipped me with the skills to handle a variety of situations, from comforting a child who’s upset to engaging them in educational activities. What truly sets me apart is my personal connection and commitment to the children I care for. My nieces have taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and compassion. I don’t just see child care as a responsibility; I see it as an opportunity to make a positive impact on a child’s life. My consistent and reliable presence in their lives has shown me the importance of stability and trust in nurturing a child’s development.
