Hi! My name is Gabriela and I just moved back to my home town from Florida State University!! I am currently finishing my last couple credits online to finish up my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics! I have always loved working with children, especially since I come from a huge family and have many younger cousins and a little brother I spend lots of time with. I aspire to specialize in pediatrics and/or eating disorders once I finish my degree and start my masters program/internship. As per my prior work experience, the very first job I held was a physical therapy aid at PT Solutions, but due to the pandemic the position was discontinued. I then worked for the most amazing bakery called "The Cake Girl". I absolutely love baking treats and cakes, this is my creative outlet! I left the bakery in order to peruse my academic Read more goals at FSU. In Tallahassee, I worked for an eating disorder recovery center called "Better Living Solutions" as a dietic aid where I would work side by side with a registered dietitian and clients. I love to make a difference in peoples lives, whether that be simply putting a smile on their face or helping them overcome challenges and care for them like I did at Better Living Solutions.
