Hello! I am a 44 year old mother of five (yes, FIVE!) amazing kids. I have three handsome boys ages 14, 8 and 3, one 22 year old grown MAN who is now a grown successful young man who left the nest and continues to make me so proud! Last but most certainly not least I also have one beautiful little girl who is my 4 year old little princess. Being a parent most definitely has its challenges along the way but is something I cherish every day & consider a gift even when experiencing some of the toughest challenges that can be thrown our way. It can be an adventure to say the least!! : ) I was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan and after enduring 20 years of cold I packed up and headed to Key West and have been here ever since. I started my Read more life changing role from an 18 year old teenager to mother 22 years ago. I worked quite a few of those years so I have personal experience when it comes to trying to find someone who can be 110% trusted with the little ones who we would give our lives for if we had to & doing so without even giving it a second thought. I've had experiences with some of the worst so called "childcare providers" that left me terrified to leave my kids with anyone until one day I was fortunate enough to find someone who left me worry free. After my last two children were born and my oldest became an adult & while my second was already becoming a teenager I realized I had missed a lot with my kids because unless already financially well off that unfortunately comes with it since most people have to work to provide for our most priceless treasures. That is when I decided I would start providing care to other people's children and have been consistently doing so since 2012. Between being a mother myself and knowing full and well how hard it is to find a trusted childcare provider who will leave you worry free and following the footsteps of the woman I was blessed with to provide my children that kind of care I am proud to say I have been trusted by many families of Key West for almost 5 years now. Children should be showered with the same care and concern as their parents give them when being left in someone else's care and that is something I can always guarantee will continue when left in my care. Whether it's for going to work, a date night to keep up the spark, or going out to let lose and have some fun, you can trust that your child/children will be in safe hands when left in my care : )
