Meet Saniyah

• Comfortable with pets

I have a lot of experience with children from newborn to 6 years old as I worked in a daycare alongside my grandmother since I was about 12 years old. I currently babysit my nieces and nephews who I’ve cared for since they were infants. I love working with kids! The daycare really gave me insight on how different kids are within certain age groups, how much their personalities change overtime and even eating habits. Watching children grow is truly amazing. I spent time in “Care Bears” at the daycare which was a class specifically for children with autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. I was an assistant to the teacher and observed a lot. One thing I learned is that even though not all kids are the same, they all have one thing in common…all kids love to play! And I fit in great! I love creating little projects with Read more kids, as I think it's a wonderful way for them to use their imagination. I love reading and playing indoors and outdoors too. I have been apart of a flag football team, track team and cheer for over 5 years. Depending on the children, I can be very active when I babysit - whether it's going to the park, playing a board game, making up a game inside or outside, throwing around a ball or double dutch. I also love watching movies and Bluey! I really like talking with children as well because I feel their insight is priceless. Plus, kids are pretty funny. I'm confident you'll leave feeling completely comfortable that your kids will feel safe and have a great time! When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, listening to music, enjoying the beach, practicing make up and volunteering at a family friend’s food truck.
